I was born and raised in Breckenridge, Colorado then went to school in Santa Barbara and San Diego, California. 

I have a long history of real estate professionals in my family. All my life I have been so blessed to be surrounded by some of the most beautiful real estate in the world!

Mission

Being a first time home buyer is one of the most intimidating experiences we endure in life. I was fortunate enough to not only have a family friend as my first realtor but she also showed me the extent of support a realtor can provide. 

My first purchase was in San Diego as a student on a tight budget. I was shopping in a competitive market and constantly overlooked in bidding wars. We looked at 66 homes over the course of 16 months but my realtor never made me feel guilty or like I was a waste of time, especially since I knew that this was chump change in comparison to her “normal” socal buyer. After closing on a small townhouse near San Diego State University, where I was a student at the time, I felt so empowered. 

I no longer was in fear of rent raises, landlords discriminating against my pit bulls or having to move frequently.

I want to guide my family, friends and clients the way my realtor guided me. To show them that someone has faith in them even when they don’t have faith in themselves.

Land never goes out of style which means that it can be one of the most impactful investments a person can make. 

My journey as a realtor will not only be to help others, but add more and more properties to my own portfolio each year. I hope to show people that every market is suitable for different buyers and being prepared for your time when it comes is essential! 

It is difficult to find the appropriate words to express my gratitude for Kenady in this process. Home ownership felt out of reach in my life and she changed all of that. She was patient, compassionate and steadfast throughout the process. Her honesty, empathy and kindness made each step of this journey as easy as one could hope. She was always available to answer our questions, give guidance and provide reassurance. There was not a moment of the process during which we weren’t included. Her experience and professionalism shined through, and she demonstrated the perfect balance of explaining the why, offering suggestions, and allowing us the freedom to ultimately make the decisions that felt right for us. It took us almost two years to find the perfect house, lots of viewing, hundreds of Zillow listings and dozens of conversations. After a few months I would have given up on us, we would love a house, then we would hate it. Kennedy was there for us every step of the way, giving us all our options and weighing all the pros and cons. She gave us perspective that we could have never gotten on our own. When we finally found our dream home, the sellers were extremely difficult. There were a few problems with the house that we really wanted fixed, but the sellers wouldn’t budge. We recently purchased a home in the Damonte Ranch area of Reno, NV. Our realtor, Kennady Cummings, made the entire process, from beginning search to paper signing, so smooth and easy. She worked around our schedule, had an impressive knowledge of the area, homes in which we were interested, and gave us good advice before, during, and after the signing.
